Thank you for shopping with StarPulse. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping, delivery, and related issues are handled.

Order Processing Time

After you place an order, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing, verification, and preparation before your order is shipped.

Processing time may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, supplier delays, or unexpected operational issues.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location, product availability, supplier location, customs clearance, and shipping carrier performance.

Estimated shipping time:

  • Local or regional deliveries: 5–12 business days

  • International deliveries: 7–21 business days

  • Some destinations may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to process and ship orders on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • High seasonal demand

  • Supplier or fulfillment delays

StarPulse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect customer information. However, we will do our best to assist you where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email, if tracking is available for your order.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your tracking number is not updating immediately, this does not always mean the order is lost. Some carriers take time to scan and update shipment information.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Use the subject line:

CANCEL ORDER

Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at:

We may be able to correct the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. StarPulse is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete customer shipping information.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your email should include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund if the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:

  • Your local delivery office

  • Your building reception or security

  • Your neighbors

  • Any safe delivery location around your address

We will review the issue and assist where possible. However, StarPulse is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

StarPulse is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes charged by your country.
