Refund policy

At StarPulse, we aim to provide customers with carefully selected products and a clear shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and processed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Choosing the wrong color, size, or model

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect customer information

  • Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or sale periods

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, descriptions, specifications, shipping information, and order details before completing a purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • A full refund, if the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or wrong, StarPulse will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, washed, or modified by the customer

  • Products without clear proof of defect or damage

  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

  • Normal product variation in color, size, or appearance caused by lighting, screen display, or manufacturing differences

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Return Shipping

In most cases, customers should not send items back without first contacting us.

Items returned without prior approval from StarPulse will not be accepted.

If we require the item to be returned for inspection, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Return shipping responsibility will depend on the nature of the issue and our review decision.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has started.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country where consumer protection laws provide mandatory cancellation, return, or refund rights, those legal rights will apply where required by law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
